MIPs Network

Joe Pollock (from the Eastern Metropolitan Region) together with the IELLEN have worked in partnership to establish the MIPs (Managed Individual Pathways) Network. The network will support schools in developing MIPs resources and documentation.

MIPs - Managed Individual Pathways

Chris Gurr from Eumemmerring College has kindly provided the following MIP'S resources:

The "Student profile form" is filled out by all post-compulsory aged students.
From this document students then are identified as at risk according to the responses to the questions as outlined in the "student identification" document.
All student complete an "Achievement profile" and a sample of one is found in the "Achievement Profile Sample"
Those students deemed as at-risk of not completing their post-compulsory education are then forwarded on to complete an "Action Plan" with a mentor.(Action plan sample)
