Youth 2 Youth helps schools, universities/colleges, councils and organisations to inspire and develop their young people. They can get hold of guest speakers, training programs etc.

PATS [paying attention to self] is a peer support group for teenagers who have a parent who is affected by a mental illness.
It’s a chance to talk to other young people who have similar experiences with their families. You can get information, support and ideas from other teenagers. This can help you cope with stressful situations and understand more about your parent’s illness.
The 8 week groups runs in each school term.
